Since I submitted EDM #160 "draw a trophy", I guess I need to participate! If you have followed some of my life via this blog lately, you know that I am currently unemployed. I am also relocating/downsizing...therefore cleaning/clearing. I have liberated myself of boxes of awards and trophies and decided to draw some of them.
They have already been collected by Waste Management, and I must say THAT was liberating. Here are some of the shapes, and they will continue to have names on them, just not mine...that's the way I see it!

It is liberating to get rid of things that clutter up one's space. I have done it several times over the last 10 years during several long moves. It is amazing how quickly things fill the corners of our houses. My father in law lives in Martinez. We will be down visiting him during a weekend soon.
My Heart is with you Lisa. My world fell apart. Lost job. Went to bankruptcy. Lost a lot of things at once to thieves. Not good. I know you will be fine. It hurts. Just keep drawing.
Alan, It is liberating if you get to do the down sizing. I am much better now - I can actually pick up and enjoy a Lego Brick toy.
